The beginning
The house was purchased by our grandparents in 1949 and was operated as an inn in the following years. After our parents took over in 1974, the former Stiegl inn continued to be run as such for the next 20 years. Since 1994, my wife and I have been active in the business.

Renovations
But it didn't stop there, as in spring 2002 we also renovated the neighboring "Bürger Haus" and two years later the "Garten Haus". In 2003, we began to formulate further large renovation plans for the Villa Ceconi. The architecturally interesting building was completely renewed and renovated in 2006. After the extensive construction work was completed, we opened the Villa Ceconi at Maxglaner Hauptstraße 28 in Salzburg in early 2007.
