For direct bookings by mail or via our homepage, we guarantee the best price compared to all other booking platforms.

• The room prices differ daily and are per person and night, but excluding breakfast. A rich organic buffet breakfast can be ordered at the reception desk the night before at Euro 15,00 per person (children between 3 – 14 years Euro 6,00).
• The local tax or tourist tax of Euro 1,55 per person per night will be charged extra. We are happy to provide you one of our cots for the price of 10 euros per day.
• Parking is available to our guests free of charge. On request, we also reserve a garage space, for which we charge Euro 18,00.
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all our buildings.

• Cancellation conditions – if anything unplanned happens
  Single bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before arrival free of charge. In case of a later cancellation the room rate will be charged and in return you will receive a voucher for 50% of the booking value, which you can redeem at any time during a later (direct) booking.
• On holidays, Advent weekends, Christmas and New Year’s Eve a free cancellation period of 14 days applies.
• A reservation of your apartment can be canceled free of charge for short stays (up to 5 nights) up to 5 days before arrival. For longer stays a cancellation period of 14 days applies.
• For group bookings of 5 rooms or more different conditions apply: Cancellation is possible at least 14 days prior to arrival free of charge. In some cases, a down payment is necessary.
